I love the wrap but it was a pain to get it. I ordered one color and a week later still hadn’t gotten shipping details. I reached out and apparently it was out of stock, however the website still shows it in stock. I am glad I reached out because I would just still be waiting with no idea. I picked another color and another week goes by before it is shipped. I asked for it to be overnighted but never heard back. Overall took a month to receive and the website advertised 3-5 business days. Wrap - 5 stars. Customer service - 2 stars. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Ordered over bank holiday weekend and it still arrived super quick! Sling was beautifully packaged and is such a soft material I'm very happy, baby girl is yet to arrive but I'm sure she will approve too!
